THE FOUNDATION - 8-week Starter Program : 1 on 1 in person or virtual training

The Foundation is the program I build for first-timers, comeback stories, and anyone who's tired of starting over. It's eight weeks long, three sessions a week, and it's structured around a single belief: week three is the week most programs die, and the program needs to keep working anyway.
Week one has no PRs in it. We move every major joint pattern — squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, brace — at a load you could keep going on for another five reps. The job is to build a baseline I can write the rest of the program against, and to teach your nervous system that the gym is a safe place to come back to. Week two adds exactly one challenging movement. Everything else stays inside what you can recover from by morning.
Weeks three and four are the inflection point. I plan in advance for the day you'd normally quit. By week five your conditioning starts catching up to your strength. By week eight you have your own evidence — not mine — that you can keep a promise to yourself for two months in a row. That evidence is the entire point. THE BUILD - 3-month Transformation Block : 1on 1 in person or virtual training

The Build is for clients ready to load the bar and start putting real numbers on the page. It's a three-month block of progressive strength and conditioning programming, built around the schedule you actually have — not the schedule
you wish you had.
We track one strength lift week over week. We track one conditioning marker week over week. We track bodyweight only if you want to, and we don't take a single progress photo unless you ask for one. The goal is visible body change inside a real life. Most clients see meaningful strength gains by week five and meaningful body change by week ten. Some see it earlier. None see it without showing up.
The Build includes weekly nutrition guidance — three habits, not a macro spreadsheet — and a coach in your corner the whole way. When the bad Tuesday hits, you'll hear from me. When you skip a session because life happened, we don't restart the streak — we just keep going. That's the whole game.
INNER CIRCLE - Ongoing 1:1 Coaching : For Clients Past The First 90 Days

Inner Circle is for the clients who finished The Build and want a coach in their corner for the long run. It's ongoing, month-to-month 1-on-1 coaching with full nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and direct access between sessions.
By the time you're in Inner Circle, you don't need me to teach you to squat. You need me to be the person who knows what you said you were going to do, asks about it on Friday, and adjusts the plan as your life shifts — new job, kids' schedules changing, the season getting busier, the season getting slower.
Inner Circle clients get first priority on session times, programming that evolves as your goals evolve, and the kind of ongoing accountability that's almost impossible to build for yourself. The catchphrase applies: stay the course and trust the process. As long as you keep working, I keep showing up.

Coaching athletes is the work I did for years before I started Full Force Training. Sports-specific training is built around
your sport's actual demands and your competitive calendar — in-season maintenance, off-season build, pre-season ramp. Bigger, stronger, faster, more durable.
Youth athlete development is for the 12-to-18 crowd. We teach movement patterns first, build the engine second, and load the bar third. Nothing reckless, nothing that asks a young body to do what only an adult body should do. Parents are welcome at every session — and encouraged to watch, ask questions, and stay involved.
